A journey less travelled ensures quality

In order to process the meat in the best way we work with a top regional partner to ensure short travel for our cattle. All the fine cuts, the dry ageing and the private label packaging is done by a local butcher. This way we can guarantee top craftsmanship and handling of your meat.
