The Topside lies next to the Silverside in the Round. More tender, the Topside is also known as the “easy to carve” roast and  requires less cooking time. 

With a good level of tenderness it can be thinly sliced to prepare a delicious Vietnamese Beef Pho. 

Like every other Matangi cut it holds rich 100% grass fed beef flavours enhanced by our unique 3 weeks dry aging process.
